We offer a huge range of group fitness classes – both live and virtual – to suit your busy lifestyle. From low cardio PILATES and BODYBALANCE through to the more energetic BODYCOMBAT and BODYATTACK there is an exercise and health program that will suit all abilities and all levels of enthusiasm.

GROUP FITNESS CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
LES MILLS GRIT™ Series – High-intensity interval training workouts will increase your aerobic capacity and accelerate fat burning while building strength, muscular endurance and power. With every workout, you’ll work more muscle tissue and keep calories burning for hours longer than with traditional training. Pregnant women are not permitted to participate in Grit.
FORCE – Test your limits and transform your body, it must challenge you to change you. This 1 hour class combines weights and cardio for all fitness levels. Your physical best at your own pace.
SH’BAM – An insanely addictive dance workout. SH’BAM is an ego-free zone, where a fun-loving instructor guides you through simple (yet sassy) dance moves, all set to a party playlist.
BODYSTEP™ – is the ultimate way to give your body a high energy cardio blast and tone the hips and thighs. With over 2,000 steps per session you’ll see results in record time. Get in step with one of the best fitness classes the world has to offer.
BODYPUMP™ – A rapid fat-burner class that uses barbells to give you the fastest way to tone and condition muscles! After an exhaustive study, BODYPUMP was verified by The University of Auckland as providing the fastest body fat loss of any fitness class.
BODYCOMBAT™ – Combines moves and stances developed from a range of self-defense disciplines such as karate, boxing, Tai Chi, and kickboxing. It is a fiercely energetic experience taught in a safe and simplistic manner. Designed to fight fat and kick calories, it is a great cardiovascular workout that’s all out fun.
BODYATTACK™ – A high-energy, calorie-consuming athletic workout that will push you past the limit with strong, simple moves and pumping music. This is the most intense workout you’ll find in the world of fitness – a session guaranteed to take no prisoners.
BODYBALANCE™ -A class that reinforces flexibility and strength, combining the best of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates. This is truly a fitness class for the 21st Century; BODYBALANCE brings mind and body into perfect harmony. Try this revolutionary holistic approach to fitness.
RPM™ – This 30 or 45-min indoor cycling class is set to the rhythm of motivating music. It burns a lot of calories, gets you fit and leaves you feeling euphoric.
CXWORX™ – In this 30-min workout you will learn how to activate the muscles that create optimal core control, the vital ingredient for a stronger body, while chiseling your waist line.
SPINERGY – This is a fun, athletic, cardiovascular cycling workout that kills calories in record time. Cycling as a team will enable you to achieve great results.
50/50 – This class enables you to have two bites of the cherry. 50/50 class will give you a taste of BodyAttack and BodyPump all in the one go. A great combination of aerobic and resistance training in just 45 mins.
PILATES – A total body conditioning exercise method of combining flexibility and strength. Pilates also helps posture, balance, and helps prevent bone deterioration. 1 hour.
YOGA – Yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling; movements are smooth flowing and almost dance-like. Yoga has physical and mental benefits: physically – you sweat! And mentally – the breathing relaxes your mind and helps to release any blockage of energy flow throughout your body.
FITBOX – This class will whip you into fighting fit mode. Boxing techniques suitable for beginners to advanced. Put your gloves on and box at your own pace. Great stress release and improves self-confidence.
YOUNG AT HEART -This class is designed for the over 50’s with light resistance training helping to increase energy levels, joint flexibility, bone density, balance and co-ordination. 1 hour.
