Club SynergyThrough extensive training, certification and dedication, the Club Synergy team has attained mastery in each of their selected fields.  All Group Exercise Instructors are fully certified ensuring we bring the best experience to your workouts, classes and memberships. Through dedicated programs they enjoy sharing their skills and knowledge with members giving them the benefits of their combined learning. From low cardio PILATES and BODYBALANCE through to the more energetic BODYCOMBAT and BODYATTACK there is an exercise and health program that will suit all abilities and all levels of enthusiasm.

If you are looking for a one on one focus Club Synergy’s Personal Training will get you fit faster in order to achieve your desired health goals. Your personal trainer will walk you through cardio, flexibility, abdominal, and upper and lower body resistance workouts. As with Group Training your personal trainer is fully certified bringing their highly tuned skills to each individual member.

Membership also allows you to have nutritional advice and information about other services ensuring a balance in your lifestyle program. We constantly review the latest articles and research and can point you in the right health direction.  Club Synergy also presents guest speakers at the Gym, allowing both members and Instructors to tap into the latest ideas about health and nutrition.

ZUMBA - fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow fun dance moves to create a one of a kind fitness workout that will blow you away! Ditch the workout – join the party!

BODYSTEP™ - is the ultimate way to give your body a high energy cardio blast and tone the hips and thighs. With over 2,000 steps per session you’ll see results in record time. Get in step with one of the best fitness classes the world has to offer.

BODYPUMP™ - The original fat-burning class that uses barbells to give you the fastest way to tone and condition muscles! The best weight training exercises are combined with great music to strengthen and shape your entire body. You choose the intensity in choosing your weights. One class equals 3 to 4 individual weight training sessions.

BODYCOMBAT™-is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.

BODYATTACK™ - A high energy, sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. SPYNERGY - A fun, athletic, Cardiovascular 45mins cycling workout that kills calories in record time. Cycling as a team will enable you to achieve great results and motivational coaching techniques that all members will enjoy. Improve your general endurance and increase your lower body strength with the calorie killer today. You’ll finish the class feeling de-stressed and full of vitality and ride on time.

50/50 - This class enables you to have two bites of the cherry. 50/50 class will give you a taste of BodyStep and BodyPump all in the one go. The class commences with 4 tracks from BodyStep and then 4 tracks from BodyPump. A great combination of aerobic and resistance training in just 45mins.

SWAT - Spin, Weights, Abs, Toning. This energy class has it all. Cardio strength, an abdominal workout and total body toning all in 45min. If you’re looking for a total body workout than look no further. An awesome class to start your day!

SYNERGIZE - The perfect lunch time workout! Begin with the designated warm up exercise, proceed to each exercise station at the sound of the bell and end your workout with some cool down/stretch time. Do as little or as much as you like with the option to shower and grab a coffee on your way out the door, and be back at your workplace by the end of your lunch break. Suitable for all levels of fitness, combining cardio and resistance training. 1 hour (You may join class at any time.)

PILATES - A total body conditioning exercise method of combining flexibility and strength. Pilates helps flexibility, posture, balance, strength, and even helps prevent bone deterioration.

FITBOX - This class will whip you into fighting fit mode. Heaps more energy, boxing techniques suitable for beginners to advance. Put your gloves on and box at your own pace. Great stress release and improves self confidence.

LITTLE LEAGUE - For children of school age, this class involves games that will improve their fitness level and co-ordination. A great class to have some fun and exercise in a safe environment with qualified Instructors. Duration 30mins.

YOUNG AT HEART -This class is designed for the over 50's with the light resistance training helping to increase energy levels, joint flexibility, bone density, balance and co-ordination. 1 hour.

SENIORS STRENGTH & BALANCE - This class is designed for the over 50's and focuses on increase balance and co-ordination as well as assisting with increase strength and joiny flexibility. 1 hour.
